Scholarship & Freeship – Important Notes
- Female students under Open, EBC, EWS, SEBC, or OBC categories selected through State Quota CAP are eligible for tuition fee scholarship as per Government GR dated July 8 & 19, 2024. Development fees, MUHS fees, and other charges remain the student’s responsibility.
- Women candidates from Open/EWS categories with family income below ₹8 lakhs, and those from OBC/VJ/NT/SBC with a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate, need not pay tuition fees.
- If the government refuses scholarship for any reason, the student will be required to pay the full course fees.
- Reserved category candidates selected through CAP Round must produce all relevant documents at the time of admission.
Payment Instructions
Fees must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) from a nationalised bank only.
Group A – DD in favour of: BSP Medical College and Hospital (payable on reporting for admission)
Group B – DD in favour of: BSP Medical College and Hospital (payable on submission of Status Retention Form)

Key Conditions
- If a student leaves the course after the cut-off date or during the course, full fees for the entire 4½-year programme become payable.
- Tuition fee and development fee are subject to revision by the Hon. Fees Regulating Authority, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- All EBC/Category students must submit required documents and applicable fees at admission to claim scholarship/freeship from DMER Mumbai or Social Welfare Office.
